Night of the Trolls
(2025)
When the town is asleep, the mountains wake up and go wandering... This story was written for the annual Siglufjörður Comic Festival. People have strong imaginations, and sometimes see human forms in rocks and mountains. In the past, people could not explain with science how things in nature were created, and then interesting folk tales were created. Although I do not believe in the supernatural, stories of trolls and elves make the landscape of Iceland more exciting and interesting in my eyes.

In this tale, Christmas Light Man embarks on a quest to find a ghost haunting the Hólavallagarður cemetery at night. However, it’s Ninjaman who ends up face-to-face with the spectral menace. Not only does Ninjaman have to deal with the undead, but he also needs to study for an upcoming school exam.

Caspar David Friedrich (2024)
Caspar David Friedrich was a romantic landscape-painter. I did this comic about him as a part of an Art History class. All of the enviorments are from his paintings. Some of the text are direct quotes from him, but most of it is based on information I found from the wikipedia article.
